As founder of AMPLIFI and an ICQ Global Partner for Growth Zone, she works with executives and teams through coaching, data-driven team development, keynotes, and the AI-Era Leadership Readiness Audit. She holds an Ed.D. in Leadership in Higher Education and Organizational Change Management and a Harvard leadership certificate, and is a certified executive coach.
